Here is a project for someone with some skills to get their teeth into. The main house is solid brick and then there is a fibro extension. In the main house there is 2 large bedrooms, separate lounge lounge, spacious kitchen, bathroom, office and a store room. The extension has a bedroom and laundry with a 2nd toilet and 2nd shower. The property is connected to mains water but the mains power hasn't been connected for some time and I'm tipping it will require a re-wire. There is quite a good garden shed and the back off an old truck makes and another handy storage room. The carport has been turned into an enclosed pergola which is also a handy space.
The property is on a handy corner site and the location is perfect just a short walk to the shops, hospital and Lake.
Because there is no power connected I have no idea what electrical appliances work. Also except for the boat, outboard and 2 trailers shown in the photos and video everything else is included in the sale.
