I'd pull it down but someone with some skills might be able to save the front section of the house and rebuild the back bit. The house is in very bad condition but it is on a huge block with a 20.2m approx frontage and a depth of 97.9m approx. The block has rear lane access and it slopes gently from the back to the front.
Woomelang is a good 4.5 hour drive north west of Melbourne in the heart of the Mallee and it has a population of about 200 people.
Main water is connected, the power has been removed from the pole and Woomelang only has septic (no sewerage).
