This Farming zoned block is unserviced and is situated between St Arnaud and Charlton. Coonooer Bridge has a handle full of houses and has the Avoca River running through it. The block is mostly cleared of trees but has native grasses covering the land. The property is only accessable by driving through an unfenced Public Use block opposite the Fire Station.
