Our house, 76 Lyle ST Warracknabeal had been on the market almost 12 months and we were getting pretty desperate, we loved it too much to see it empty and sad.

We had our house listed with two different agents, one after the other but none of these were even remotely successful in creating interest in the property.

When our contract with the second agent expired we decided to get in touch with John Hadley at North West Real Estate to see if he could achieve what the others could not.
